Only the Gold Suite room overlooks Piazza della Signoria. The other rooms overlook the red roofs of Florence. We don't have balconies. Thanks for your interest.

For late check in there are no problem, we will send you all details for self check in and a personal code to access to the room. Check out you can leave your luggages in our free deposit and we have a toilette you can use during the day.

hi. what are your pet policies? we have 2 dogs; 9kg and 11kg.

We accept all type and weight of dogs. They are accommodate for free. We offer a bed and a bowl with some snacks for them.

We have an agreement with a parking lot close to our B&B. The parking is called Garage delle Terme in via delle Terme. Cost € 30.00 per day. We accept all type of dogs small and big. Dogs are free. We give a doghouse and a bowl

We will be arriving on motorcycles (2 motorcycles total). Are motorcycles allowed to drive or park in the ZTL zone? Would parking at the garage be charged for each motorcycle, or for the number of parking spaces taken up?

We have an agreement with a parking lot close to our B&B. The parking is called Garage delle Terme in via delle Terme. Motorcycles cost €35 per day each motorcycles. The car park is thinking about canceling the fine for the restricted traffic area

Is there an elevator

Our B&B is on the third floor. After entering you will immediately find 30 steps to climb. Then after these steps there is an elevator that leads directly to our floor. Our B & B does not have stairs to climb inside, in fact it is all on one floor.

Ciao,would like to get a suit. How can I get one for 2 adults one 13 year old and one 6 year old. Can we get a suit and add beds like in the picture?

Yes, to book the Gold Suite for 4 people you have to click that there is an extra adult (13 year old boy) and a 6 year old child. All extra people must be specified to make the addition of the extra beds.

This hotel had all the benefits of a hotel (attentive staff, cleaning service, breakfast provided) and an Airbnb (a shared kitchen kitchen space and homey feel). There is an elevator but know there are stairs to get up to the elevator, not a problem for us but good to know. An easy walk to any of Florence’s tourist destinations. Once again, the staff was great!
